With your journal, you’ll get a snapshot of the things that you do to help you get better sleep, be more mindful and get more active.
Google Fit worked with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Heart Association (AHA) to introduce two new activity goals that can help improve your health: Move Minutes and Heart Points.
