Apple Has Started Prioritizing MacBook Keyboard Repairs

Apple has started prioritizing MacBook keyboard repairs in an effort to stem the frustration of users suffering with sticky keys and other keyboard malfunctions, reports MacRumors.

Most MacBook and MacBook Pro keyboard repairs will now need to be performed at Apple Stores, rather than being shipped to an off-site repair center.

In an internal memo, titled “How to support Mac customers with keyboard-related repairs in store”, Apple says repairs should be completed by the next day.
